By purchasing a wedding gown or any product on leyamarini.com and by making a payment you agree to our terms and conditions listed on leyamarini.com.
Acceptance of your Order

We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, payment problems, product availability and product price or description error.
Colours & Sketches
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the textures and colours of our products that appear on leyamarini.com. however, as embroidery textures and colours can be subjective to the viewer and may vary during our editing process, and actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that textures and colours you see on the website and on your monitor will be 100% accurate.

Please note that design sketches displayed on leyamarini.com are not meant to be taken literally, as they only show a general design idea and are created during the design process. The final product may differ from the initial idea represented by the sketches.
Handmade nature
​Delicate and fragile fabrics, embroideries, embellishment and crystal beads are used in the creation of Leya Marini garments, which are individually handcrafted. Each gown is unique and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, colour and fabrication. Please note that as a result of different sizes requiring different amounts of fabric and lace appliqués slight variations may occur in the pattern of the gowns from the one displayed at leyamarini.com. These are not faults in the production of the garment and are consistent with handmade quality. Leya Marini is not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handmade products.
Payment issues
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. This may be due to: the item being out of stock or no longer available, your payment being declined, our identification of a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. If you are sure you are using a valid form of payment, please try again or use a different payment method.
Cancellations
Since all our products are made-to-order, subject to these terms and conditions, we are unable to cancel orders after we have received it and the payment has been completed.
Returns policy
We pride ourself in making every Leya Marini bride 100% happy and we produce each gown based on individual specifications. Since all of our dresses are made-to-order, we do not accept any returns. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can help assist and rectify the situation.
Liability
To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied, in relation to our website, goods and services.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for: any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); any loss of goodwill or reputation and any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents and employees.
Jurisdiction
The website is controlled and operated in Hungary. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of Hungary and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Hungarian Courts.
General
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Leya Marini respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this information with any outside afflictions or individuals.
